An opportunity for GTPs/PGCEs/NQTs and their mentors to be introduced to coaching techniques.
Coaching is a powerful tool in developing the potential of our workforce, but all too often the focus of the mentor meetings is on "ticking the boxes" for successfully meeting the relevant standards. This session, on October 21st, will explore coaching techniques and their benefits for staff.
